Call for Speakers

MSPGeekCon is a unique conference that is designed to target the general MSP life. As a non-profit organization, our mission is focused on building real relationships within the community and the education and growth of our members.

Our audience varies from technical, operations, to business. Our conference is built around the journey through an MSP focusing on improved decision making, critical thinking, self-learning and growth from the lowest position to whatever role you want to be.

What we’ve found is that most people who have something interesting to share face a significant amount of imposter syndrome that gets in the way of them sharing it. Others are interested in trying but don’t have a clear idea of what they can talk about or what we look for. To that end, we wrote a blog post last year that provides topics that can be used to either inspire ideas or can be lifted directly off the list and submitted if you like. We would be honored for your submission to our conference and ask that you consider the following about each format.

Class: These are super long on Day 1 (Sunday) starting in the afternoon after lunch and going until the welcoming Keynote. These are around 180 Minutes and focus on a specific deep dive into a product, or fully immersive tabletop/simulation. Topic examples include technical topics such as AI, Automation, Security or non-technical such as leadership or culture focused, or business scaling.

Keynote Sessions: We have 6 of these sessions, focused on training mindset and framing perspective in a way that broadens our attendee’s view on life to help them deftly navigate any situation they may find themselves in – whether it’s troubleshooting a printer or helping a client understand the differences between security packages.

Hands on Labs: We have these on Monday and Tuesday after lunch, 75 minutes to spend time together doing more hands-on workshop scenarios.

Breakout Sessions: These 45 minutes can be quick hands-on workshops, or lectures around specific deeply focused topics
