Before you grab your tickets for MSPGeekCon 2026 you might be wondering: What makes this event truly worth it?
To help answer that, we went straight to the source—the MSPGeek community. We asked past attendees one simple question: What was the most valuable insight or takeaway you gained from MSPGeekCon? These are their replies.
“MSPGC was the first IT conference I actually felt like I connected with people and learned some things. Not just force-fed industry hogwash, but actual people, like me, sharing what worked and what didn’t.”
“The MSP Geek community is all about helping each other and raising the bar for technicians everywhere. Just telling folks “go do better” is pointless without guidance and understanding of what the end goal looks like. The conference is the living embodiment of that mission. So much information is shared and the social networking is unmatched. It’s a great place to sharpen your skills and have some fun at the same time!”
“GeekCon is such a prolific conference in terms of knowledge and ideas. If I had to pick one, it would probably be the core concepts of “Operationalizing No” from Dean in ’24. There were so many lessons about how to truly focus your MSP and hone your craft that I came home and implemented many of them over the following few months.
Topics like killing off break/fix for good, standing firm on your stack and your beliefs, and knowing that the processes you’ve curated for years are the way they are for a reason. Nothing that was said there was exactly new, but having it delivered so directly and expressively from Dean in a package like that was eye-opening.
If we want to stray from pure session topics, the hallway conversations and poolside chats alone easily paid for the conference. Tips were shared, ideas were formed between strangers, and perspectives were shifted. A truly representative price tag cannot be put on an experience like that.”
MSPGeekCon is more than an event—it’s a community. Every session, every conversation, every connection helps you grow alongside peers who understand your challenges and share your passion. Don’t miss your chance to be part of something bigger.
