Special Vendor Offer

Due to the overwhelming interest of additional vendors, especially in the Advocate (new startup) category, MSPGeek has decided to extend a special offer to Vendors who are not yet signed as a category vendor (Advocate, Enthusiast or Fanatic Tier aka with a booth). The following sponsorship program is available first-come, first-serve to 3 Vendors who express their interest via [email protected].

Sponsorship of Ticket 10-Pack to help more MSPs attend – you get to choose the attendees!

Recognition as a Community sponsor on event signage

The opportunity for further brand recognition via your choice of an additional a la carte sponsor item

One Vendor Attendee ticket

How It Works:

  1. Email [email protected] with your intent to participate.
  2. MSPGeek Vendor Liaison will contact you if you are one of the first 3 to sign up.
  3. You will be given your own code to use to invite MSPs of your choice. You must have at least 5 register to attend to continue to the next step.
  4. Vendor will be given a list of remaining a la carte branding opportunities. You will select one and provide associated materials.
  5. MSPGeek Inc. will issue an invoice your 10-Pack sponsorship, your chosen a la carte item, and your vendor attendee ticket.
  6. Once the invoice is paid you will receive your vendor attendee registration code to Whova.

IMPORTANT NOTE – Supporting MSP attendance is key for this sponsorship! You will forfeit your right to access additional a la carte branding opportunities if you do not have at least 5 MSP attendees register using your code by March 31st.

Costs:

10-Pack Sponsorship – $3,750

Vendor Staff Pass – $1,000

One Time Seat Drop (Monday or Tuesday) – $3,000

Logo on Lanyards (Limit One) – $7,000

Charging Top Table (Limit One) – $4,500

Branded Coffee & Drinks Station (Monday or Tuesday – Limit One Per Day) – $7,500

2 (or more) Community Tables – $1,000+ ($500 per table)

Branded Food in the Game Room Sunday Night – $4,500

MINIMUM INVESTMENT – by signing up to participate in this program your company commits to a $4,750 minimum investment, this is independent of whether or not you are able to fill all 10 tickets. You will be invoiced for this amount in order to attend.
