Nikky entered the tech support world with every difficulty multiplier turned on: mobility disability, hearing loss, brand new to the MSP world, ADHD diagnosed late, and a visual appearance that signals “not your typical IT dude.” Despite that, she not only survives, she levels up; not because the game magically became easier, but because she learned to mod the game, find good guilds, and build her own loadouts.

This talk blends disability accessibility, neurodivergence, workplace culture, and upskilling into a single narrative arc: How someone who wasn’t “supposed” to fit into IT rolled a Nat 20 anyway, and what MSPs can learn from it.
